Our fried chicken night is BACK, and can you believe it lands on National Fried Chicken Day?! This time, we're making chicken fingers, one tender at a time. We cannot wait for y'all to try Chef JW's batter-fried method — crispy, yet soft and definitely JUICY. Two dipping sauces, of course: aji honey mustard and sarsaparilla BBQ sauce. For the best pairing in the world, there will be lots of Champagne and bubbly flights all night long. (The regular dinner menu will be available, too.)
